Note at the end he speaks meaningfully about seeking God in prayer.

I love the way Luke 11:10 puts this.

Note too that Ask, Seek and Knock — just spells ASK.
Seek first, desire the better, be persistent.
God knows how to give good gifts…so if we are pursing these when He is ready he will provide them.
