I don’t mean the Dallas Jenkins series. I watched a couple of those first episodes, but gave it up for most of the good reasons you can find if you research it on Google.
Primarily, I don’t want that Screenwriting and Visual Imagery to be the Image of God’s Word in my Mind, Heart and Soul replace the actual Bible Text. So I dedicate my Strength to avoiding watching and discussing it.
As for Mike’s post, I enjoy his looking into the Greek wording. I also note Jesus clearly mentioned God’s Sovereign Sovereignty in this repeat it twice in John 6.
John 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
John 6:65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.

I would suggest reading/hearing any of Dr. S. Lewis Johnson’s sermons on the topic, he mentions it often but here are a few.
Or Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones’ Great Doctrines sermons…
