A few days ago I noticed in one of the blogs I read some new posts of Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones sermons. This blogger often posts about his sermons. I may start do the same.
Anyway the sermon that caught my attention was about Authority. And more specifically the Authority of the Bible.
I have listened to a number of MLJ sermons, pastor don’t preach like this today….surprisingly they did 65 years ago. You can find these two sermons directly in the links in the above posts. Or you can can find them directly on the MLJ site:

The author has quite a different background and generally doesn’t write much himself, he just summarizes good information on his subjects from other sources.
Give the nature of the times I’ve found most of what he passes on to be insightful and worth reading. It’s definitely a different perspective.
