I’ve been doing a lot of study in the book of Ephesians. Each verse is so rich in it’s message of truth.
Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
Ephesians 2:4-5 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
It’s well worth listening to the sixty year old sermons of Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones on the book. I’ve still on done a couple of handfuls of his 232 sermons. A couple of favorites that meet the bar of truly preaching the truth of the gospel are:
