I really am humble about this…since Word Press probably counts my own postings and/or views as part of the hits. But I did notice today, that I had passed a whopping 8,000 hit on my site. I pray that I get better at Writing and most importantly Proofreading.
As I mentioned years ago, my purpose is share things that I read, and I always caution about that to use discernment on any of the sites I reference. I can’t cover all that they post and in no way endorse some of the other things they might post.
The ones I post are for dialogue or consideration of my readers, (the few that I have), and this often saves me from emailing things out to friends, although I still do too much of that.
Over the years I’m nearing 3,000 posts. Plus the ones on my Travel blog, which I’ve been neglecting.
Being small is a good comfort to me…I’m not about numbers.
Hopefully in some ways it’s done for God’s Glory.

Heidelberg Catechism
1. Q. What is your only comfort in life and death?
A. That I am not my own,[1] but belong with body and soul, both in life and in death,[2] to my faithful Saviour Jesus Christ.[3] He has fully paid for all my sins with His precious blood, and has set me free from all the power of the devil.[5] He also preserves me in such a way[6] that without the will of my heavenly Father not a hair can fall from my head;[7] indeed, all things must work together for my salvation.[8] Therefore, by His Holy Spirit He also assures me of eternal life[9] and makes me heartily willing and ready from now on to live for Him.[10]
