I continued to see using the King James version of the Bible provides a deeper insight into the text. And in a sense actually makes the text easier to understand even though the language itself maybe more complicated.
It’s now taking a long time for me to cut certain passages out and post them to the blog and also find useful referencing commentators periodically like John Gill on a passage where I don’t actually understand the full meaning of the text.
The Bible continues to interpret itself and I find reference throughout the 10 readings to not only each other but the other chapters in the Bible
In a sense I see this program replacing study guides or Bible study books there’s enough meat actually in the 10 chapters to give you a daily filling of teaching in the word.
