I recently found a new website/blog/podcast resource by two Reformed Pastors in SoCal. I also checked their church sites respectively, and they are solid URCNA churches, as is the Trinity United Reformed Church here in the Bay Area I’ve been following for years, and attending on my Sabbatical from MVPC.
So far here is a list of great podcasts, discussions not sermons or theology expositions. Keep that in mind.
They are covering ideas and doctrines that align with my current thinking.
You can find these on Apple Podcasts also.

Another good discussion on this subject a friend shared is:
I have not research more on that pastor but his discussion is very consistent with Abounding Grace Radio’s (AGR) Post.
I’ve begun looking at more discussions from AGR, including there discussions of Elder Deacon Qualifications..that are behind these doctrines.
